$25 – $30Tap your toes, stomp your feet, and clap your hands as Fiddle-icious, a community fiddle-based orchestra with 100+ musicians from Kittery to Augusta, takes the stage to share their unique, uplifting music! Fiddle-icious is a fun–loving Maine orchestra playing fiddle, piano, harp, guitar, banjo, mandolin, flute, accordion, cello, tin whistle, concertina, upright bass, and bagpipes. Their tunes are passed down from the Irish, Scottish, Quebecois, and Acadian traditions and include reels, jigs, marches, hornpipes, waltzes, step-dancing, and beautiful singing harmonies.

Don and Cindy Roy, recipients of a National Heritage Fellowship, are the driving forces behind the magic of Fiddle-icious. Don, a designated Master Fiddler from Gorham, ME, is hailed as a “living cultural treasure.” Keeping the heartbeat of the group even and steady on piano is Don’s wife and musical partner, Cindy Roy. Both Don and Cindy grew up in French-Canadian families where music was an integral part of their lives and continue to share their endless passion for the spirit of the old-fashioned kitchen party, keeping this musical heritage alive and well for future generations.
T-Acadie (TEE-ah-kah-DEE) is a dance band and folk trio from Maine, part of the region including the Canadian maritime provinces known as Acadia (“T-Acadie” is Cajun slang for “a little Acadia”). Band members are Pam Weeks on fiddle, mountain dulcimer, guitar, singing; Jim Joseph on button accordion, 5-string banjo, mandolin, fiddle, jaw harp, percussion, feet, singing; Bill Olson on guitar, bass, singing, calling. They play a variety of music including traditional French Canadian and New England dance tunes; Cajun waltzes, two steps, Cajun blues and Zydeco tunes; old time southern tunes and songs often sung a capella in 3-part harmony; original tunes written by band “tunesmith”, Pam Weeks, which range from sizzling reels and jigs to mesmerizing airs and sweet waltzes.
